There are agents closer to my house, but I stay with Jason because of their exceptional service. Every person I have dealt with in their office has worked hard to make me feel like family. They aren’t just out for my money, and I never feel like a number with them. They truly care for my family’s needs. I want to especially recognize Veronica for her knowledge, wisdom, and most of all, kindness. On a recent call, Veronica asked about the health of my wife, offered condolences for the loss of my father, and asked when I would be going to my favorite vacation destination again. All that before we got to insurance business. I am very grateful to have Veronica as my friend and to have Jason and his whole team watching out for our insurance and financial needs."

"Worst staff and worst insurance agent I’ve ever dealt with. They made an over $5000 error on our insurance and did NOTHING to rectify or make right. Matter of fact he acted as if he could have cared less about costing us unnecessary money. I would urge anyone not to use this agent or agency. In response… that is just not true!! You nor your staff spent hours do anything. We called your office for advice and direction and we made it CLEAR to Virginia that we do NOT want to talk to or do anything with a claim. She assured us that will not happen (I have her emails)... and it did!!! You are at fault and you told us you’re human and people make mistakes! I’m done. People need to start taking responsibility and being held accountable for mistakes that cost others!"
